Is it too Hot to Work?

It’s safe to say we have all been feeling the heat over the past few weeks. With extreme heat becoming more common, it is getting harder to stay comfortable and focused at home and in our workplaces when heatwaves hit.

As a company focused on improving climate resilience and enhancing wellbeing, we are committed to adapting our working environment and practices to manage heat risk and protect the comfort and safety of our staff in warmer weather.

That’s why we have published our Office Overheating Policy. A simple guide setting out the practical steps we will take to stay cool.

With no official government policy on workplace overheating, we are taking accountability to do what we can to prepare for hotter days ahead. And we want to encourage others to do the same.
