With over 84% of commercial buildings off-track for 2030 EPC targets, the pressure to retrofit is intense, but the rush has pushed organisations toward AI tools, desktop assessments and shortcuts that overlook the people who live, work and play in these spaces.

Grounded in our experience across the construction sector we know the UK can decarbonise, but not at the expense of comfort, wellbeing or lived experience.
